Finally I have found a garage I can highly recommend for so many reasons. No Rip Off at this garage, all parts are clearly itemised and priced with no excessive labour costs. And over and above that, a lost £50 was returned when found behind the cubbir hole and as importantly I was given a free courtesy car for the extra day my car was needed by the garage to complete the works. And the closk was put right this time! I am so grateful for the seamless professionalism of Sharon, Gareth and the team. I can highly recommend this garage.

By far the best Garage I have ever dealt with in over 25 years of driving. Customer Service is spot on, they are thoroughly transparent in breaking down any costs and are by far the most reasonable price wise around. I have a BMW 5 series and costs of repairs is significantly cheaper than any other garage I have ever been to and they are very quick in identifying and rectifying any issues or repairs required.

These people are amazing! Our car went completely flat while we were visiting from Cornwall. We had been driving all morning, I had
just done a night shift and then had to get to Wales for an appointment and it was so typical that the car was so flat.
It was on the off chance that my dad remembered these guys as his cousin regularly uses them and within less than 15 minutes they had got the car started. So friendly and efficient. The RAC said 4
hours. Thank you so much for rescuing us, my dog Merlin certainly gave a massive kiss in your face as thanks !! Considering travelling from Cornwall for car related things now!

The reason why I go to Village Autos is because of the amazing customer service. All of the staff are lovely and more importantly trustworthy! As someone who doesn’t have a great knowledge of cars, I feel at ease taking my car here as everyone is so approachable and the pricing is fair and honest. When I first visited Village Auto I was quite upset and stressed as my head gasket had gone. I spoke with Steve who made sure I was OK and put my mind at ease completely. From there I dealt with Gavin who was wonderful, he kept me updated with everything and I felt I could get in touch at any time. Gavin made sure the car was finished for when I needed it and even dropped it off at the house as there was no way I could have picked it up!
Normally I feel quite intimidated taking my car to a garage and always worry that I am being ripped off, but not here! Even though it’s out of my way, it’s worth going here for peace of mind knowing that I’m getting a great service for the RIGHT price! As long as I have a car, they will have me as a customer!
